The beach villa for the whole family. All four bedrooms have their own bathroom and sea views. Downstairs: a large open kitchen with a Bora hob and Jura coffee machine, the wood fire burning and French doors opening onto the terrace.

Beach Cottage
The intimate hideaway — lovely for two, and just as nice with children: everything is ready for babies, from cot to stair gates. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, French doors open onto the south-facing terrace with sea views, and the beach entrance is around the corner.

The Beach House and Beach Cottage are next door to each other and can be booked together: twelve beds, six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Ideal for three generations or a group of friends — everyone at the table together in the evening, yet each family has its own house and privacy.

What is there to do in Egmond aan Zee?
Egmond is a true family village — and unique for a seaside resort: the shopping street starts on the beach and runs straight into the village, full of boutiques, terraces and good restaurants. All reachable in flip-flops. And for those who want to go further: the wide beach is made for long walks, with the lighthouse as your beacon.

Yes. The Beach House (8 guests) and Beach Cottage (4 guests) are next door to each other and can be booked together for 12 guests. Ideal for three generations: dinner together, and each family its own house. The calendars show live whether both houses are available.
Are the houses suitable for babies and children?
Yes, families are very welcome in both houses. A cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath and stair gates are ready and waiting, and there are toys for every age: Lego, Duplo, Kapla, puzzles, picture books, games such as 30 Seconds, Catan, Rummikub and Uno, and a beach cart full of outdoor toys. In the Beach Cottage both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out before 10:00.
Is parking free at the holiday homes?
Yes, free. Beach House: 2 private parking spaces plus 1 street parking permit. Beach Cottage: 1 private space plus 1 parking permit. The Beach House also has its own EV charging point.
Can I bring my dog?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our holiday homes.
