The Beach House was built for being together: cooking in the big, lovely kitchen, dining with the doors open, evenings by the wood fire. And everyone sleeps with their own bathroom and a view of the sea — no morning rush, no fuss.

How is the Beach House laid out?
Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, sea views and a TV to cast to — room by room, with the exact bed sizes.
Ground floor
Open kitchen & dining room
Large open-plan kitchen (43.5 m²) with a long table for eight and a standing table for four — perfect for drinks, or push them together and dine with twelve.
Living room
A seating area with a wonderfully large corner sofa by the wood fire — the firewood is ready, and so is the games cupboard.
Outdoors — front and back
At the front a sheltered spot for the evening sun, at the back the round picnic table by the French doors. And the beach entrance is just across the road.
First floor — 2 bedrooms, with a separate toilet in the hallway
Bedroom 1
Spacious room (14 m²) with an open wardrobe wall and open-plan bathroom.
Bedroom 2
With its own bathroom including a bathtub — a soak after a day on the beach.
Second floor
Bedroom 3
Under the eaves, looking out over the dunes to the sea.
Bedroom 4
With the bathroom behind a glass sliding wall.
In every bedroom
Single duvets; the other half is stored under the bed.
Bookable — will be waiting in the bedrooms. Please bring your own bedding for the cot.

How many people does the Beach House sleep?
The Beach House sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and sea views. Add the Beach Cottage next door and you sleep 12.
Is there a holiday home with an EV charger in Egmond aan Zee?
Yes. The Beach House has its own charging point at the door — unique in the centre of Egmond aan Zee. Charge your electric car while you are on the beach. Guests of the Beach Cottage will find public chargers nearby.
Is the Beach House suitable for two families or a group of friends?
Yes, that is exactly what it was made for. Everyone has their own bathroom, so no morning queues. The kitchen has a long table for 8 and a standing table for 4, and in the evening you gather around the wood fire.
Is bed linen included?
Bed linen and towels can be added for € 12.50 per person and will be waiting in the bedrooms on arrival. Please bring your own bedding for the cot.
Can I bring my dog?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our holiday homes.
What if I have to cancel?
All bookings are subject to the RECRON cancellation rules. Our advice: take out cancellation insurance; we will send you a cancellation invoice for your insurer. And if you do have to cancel, always get in touch — together we will look for a suitable solution. View the cancellation rules
