The house
Full of character, surprisingly complete
Downstairs one light-filled living space with kitchen, dining corner and the gas fire; upstairs two bedrooms — both air-conditioned, so you sleep wonderfully even at the height of summer. The south-facing terrace is yours from morning until drinks time.
With a baby or small children
With small children, you can pack less
The Beach Cottage has a cot, high chair, bouncer, changing mat, baby bath and stair gates ready for you. There is also a beach cart with toys. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bedrooms are on the first floor; the bathroom with toilet is downstairs. Good to know: you book for four guests — a baby doesn't count and can simply come along.

The Beach Cottage sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and is best suited to two adults with their children. A baby can come along as a fifth — the cot is already there. Coming with more adults? Have a look at the Beach House, or book both houses together.
Is there baby equipment in the Beach Cottage?
Yes. A cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath and stair gates are all there, along with a beach cart full of toys. Both bedrooms have air conditioning — a blessing for little sleepers on warm days.
How far is the Beach Cottage from the sea?
Fifty metres. The Beach Cottage sits right at the beach entrance of Egmond aan Zee; with the kids and the beach cart you are at the water in a few minutes.
Is parking free at the Beach Cottage?
Yes, free. The Beach Cottage has its own compact parking spot inside the fence by the terrace — so you always come home by car. You also receive a free permit for street parking.
Can I bring my dog?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our holiday homes.
What if I have to cancel?
